Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to send you a shirt, and nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we never will. The longer version is below.
What we collect
- When you order — your name, email, phone and shipping address, so we can take payment and get the shirt to you.
- When you offer us a shirt — your name, email, phone, and the photos and details you send through the sell form, so we can assess it and make you an offer.
- When you browse — aggregate analytics about how the site is used. Not tied to your name.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments go directly to Stripe, who handle card data under PCI DSS. Your full card number never touches our servers.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to actually fulfil your order:
- Stripe — to take payment.
- Our couriers — to deliver your parcel.
- Resend — to send order and offer emails.
- Supabase and Vercel — who host the database and the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. There is no version of this business where that changes.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Australian tax and consumer-law obligations require. Photos and details you send us through the sell form are kept while we're assessing the shirt, and deleted on request once we're done — just ask.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we're not legally required to keep. Email hello@futbolkitsupply.com.au and a person — not a ticketing system — will action it.
Cookies and your cart
Your cart lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. It survives a refresh and never leaves your device until you actually check out. Any analytics cookies are used only to understand aggregate traffic, never to build a profile of you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our database is not reachable from the browser — every read and write goes through our server, and customer records carry no public access policy at all.
Changes
