Where your shirt ships from

We source vintage shirts from collectors and sellers in Australia and overseas. Some of the stock is already here and goes out from Australia; some is held with our partners abroad and ships direct to you. That's why the delivery window is wider than a normal Australian store's — we'd rather tell you that plainly than promise two days and miss it.

Rates and delivery

Orders are processed within one business day. The delivery window starts when the parcel is handed to the courier, not when you place the order.

Tracking

Every order is tracked, without exception. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves, and you can check on it at any time from the tracking page using your order reference and email address.

Delays

Customs, courier backlogs and public holidays can all push a delivery past the top of its window. If your order passes 15 business days with no movement on the tracking, tell us and we'll chase the courier. If it's genuinely lost, we refund you in full — you don't carry the risk of a parcel we chose to send.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is lost, or your shirt turns up damaged in a way it wasn't when we listed it, that's on us. Send us a photo and we'll refund you in full, including the shipping.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and want a specific shirt, email us — we'll quote you before you commit to anything.
