These are the plain-language terms this store operates under. They don't replace legal advice, and they don't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What we sell

All goods sold by Futbol Kit Supply are second-hand and sold on a resale basis. Each listing describes one specific physical item. Because stock is unique, a listing that has sold cannot be reordered or replaced.

Trade marks

Club names, competition names and manufacturer names appear on this site solely to describe genuine second-hand goods accurately — which is what those names are for. Futbol Kit Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any football club, league or manufacturer. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Condition and description

Every item is graded and described in good faith, and any flaw we're aware of is disclosed in the listing. Second-hand items carry wear that is normal for their age; the grade and notes on each listing describe what to expect. If an item is materially not as described, see exchanges & returns — we cover it.

Availability and pricing

Because every item is unique, adding it to your cart does not reserve it. Items are held only once you reach the payment step, and only for a short window. If someone completes payment for an item first, your order for that item cannot be fulfilled and you will not be charged for it.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
